ARC Raiders Soul’s Offering project: every material, where to find it and how to finish Stage 4
All four Soul's Offering stages, what each one needs, where I'd farm it and the rooftop route for the final firework.

Quick answer
Soul’s Offering ends on November 16, 2026 and has four stages. Hand the materials in through the Projects tab, hold back one of the three Fireworks Boxes that Stage 3 pays out, and fire it from the Santa Maria Houses roof in Buried City to finish. Old Town on Pendola Pass has the most trinkets, so start there.
Soul’s Offering is a limited project added in update 2.3.0, and it closes on November 16, 2026. When it goes, the Offering Display Table and the Pilgrim Backpack go with it. There are four stages. Three are material hand-ins and the last one is a firework on a roof.
The grind half is dull but predictable, because Alloy, Powercells and Flares only cost you time. The trinket half is where projects like this stall. Dead Flowers, Rock Salt, Railway Lanterns, Fancy Plates and the Mask Fragment have no fixed spawns. They sit in drawers and cupboards like every other trinket, so you find them by sweeping houses. Pick each one up the moment you see it, even when the stage that wants it isn’t open yet.
Soul’s Offering stages, materials and rewards
Everything goes in through the Projects tab. Items sitting in your stash don’t count until you donate them.
| Stage | Materials | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Vaulto’s Offerings | 1 Dead Flowers, 2 Rock Salt, 15 ARC Alloy, 1 Expired Respirator | Stiletto II, Extended Barrel I, Angled Grip II, Stable Stock II |
| 2. Ferrovia’s Offering | 3 Dead Flowers, 2 Railway Lantern, 15 Advanced ARC Powercell, 10 Remote Raider Flare | Torrente II, Compensator III, Extended Medium Mag III, Stable Stock III |
| 3. Murteta’s Offering | 2 Fancy Plate, 1 Mask Fragment, 1 Insulation Roll, 5 Fertilizer | Vulcano I, Shotgun Silencer, Extended Shotgun Mag III, 3 Fireworks Box |
| 4. Honor the Fallen | No materials. Fire one Fireworks Box from the Santa Maria Houses roof | Pilgrim Backpack, Offering Display Table (Design) |
Only the Advanced ARC Powercell counts for Stage 2. The ordinary Powercells in your stash are no use here. Stage 3 hands you three Fireworks Boxes and Stage 4 needs exactly one, so the other two are spare.
The Offering Display Table is a Design, not a finished table. Learn it as soon as it lands in your inventory and don’t sell it by mistake. Learning it only unlocks the design, and building the table afterwards takes a separate recipe plus materials.
Soul’s Offering farming route
Three trips cover the lot. Pendola Pass comes first for Rock Salt, Dead Flowers, Fancy Plates, Railway Lanterns, the Mask Fragment and the Insulation Roll. Dam Battlegrounds is second for the Fertilizer and a Respirator. Buried City is last, because that’s where the roof is. Alloy and Powercells come off whatever ARC gets in your way on the way round.
Where to find Dead Flowers and Rock Salt
You need four Dead Flowers across the project, plus two Rock Salt for Stage 1. Both are trinkets, so think kitchens, drawers and the odd table with loose items on it. Nothing here is a flower you pick from the ground.
Old Town on Pendola Pass is where I’d start, because it gives you both and half the other items on this list. Go through a house floor by floor before you move to the next one. Buried City’s Grandioso Apartments come second for both. Rock Salt also turns up in residential blocks on Dam Battlegrounds and Blue Gate. For more Dead Flowers, try the drawers in the Space Travel building in Buried City, the Ruined Homestead on Blue Gate or the southern houses on Riven Tides.
Four Dead Flowers in total, not one. Stage 1 takes one and Stage 2 takes three, so keep lifting every one you find until the stash has four.
Where to find Fancy Plates and the Mask Fragment
These are the two Epic trinkets, and they decide whether this project takes a weekend or a week. Stage 3 wants two Fancy Plates and one Mask Fragment.
Fancy Plates live in kitchen cupboards. Old Town has plenty, and Buried City’s Grandioso Apartments are another block full of kitchens. There’s no trick beyond opening every cupboard and checking the tables and floors on the way past.
For the Mask Fragment I’d stay on Pendola Pass. A drawer in the Controlled Receiving Facility by the rail yard has given one up, and the Old Town houses are the fallback. It won’t be there every raid. It’s one item, and I’d call it the real gate in Stage 3.
Put both in a Safe Pocket the second you pick them up, and don’t sell either. A vendor will pay for a Fancy Plate, but Stage 3 needs two and you won’t want to find them twice.
Where to find Railway Lanterns and Insulation Rolls

Both come from Pendola Pass, so they ride along with the Old Town run. Stage 2 wants two Railway Lanterns and Stage 3 wants one Insulation Roll.
Lanterns turn up around Almatera Station and inside the Cielo Sereno Observatory, and the supermarket lockers have produced them as well. If the supermarket is empty, look around the station first.
Insulation Rolls exist on Pendola Pass only. The train cars in the rail yard, the shelves at Almatera Station, the observatory and the Commissary Supermarket all have them, and the security breaches are a good shout. Storm Huts hold them too when a Flash Freeze storm is running, so if you land in that condition, go to the nearest hut.
Pendola Pass is also where the Emperor Modulator for amplified weapons lives. If you’re working on that chain as well, one trip can do both jobs.
Where to find Fertilizer and the Expired Respirator
Both sit on the Dam Battlegrounds trip, so do them together. Fertilizer is the easiest Stage 3 material because it’s a planter pickup and not a loot roll. Make for the Hydroponic Dome Complex and open each planter. Every one holds a Fertilizer or two. You need five, and the swamp area has a few more if the domes have been stripped.
The Expired Respirator is a medical item. The Testing Annex on Dam Battlegrounds has medical rooms, so look there while you’re in the area. Buried City’s Hospital and the medical areas on Stella Montis are the other options. You only need one.
ARC Alloy, Advanced ARC Powercells and Remote Raider Flares
ARC Alloy drops from every ARC except Ticks, and Stage 1 wants 15. You’ll have it before you finish the first lap.
The Powercells are the real grind. Stage 2 wants 15 Advanced ones, and they come off the bigger ARC. Bastion and Bombardier remains are the best sources, so budget a few raids for them. I’d start this early, since it’s the one stage requirement that can’t be solved by luck in a cupboard.
Remote Raider Flares can be looted, but the dependable route is crafting them at Utility Station 1 once you have the blueprint. The recipe is 2 Chemicals and 4 Rubber Parts. Shani sells them at 810 Credits apiece if you’d rather pay and be done.
Honor the Fallen: Stage 4 walkthrough
Stage 4 asks for no materials. You take a Fireworks Box from Stage 3 to Buried City and set it off on the Santa Maria Houses roof. A firework fired in the street or from the roof next door doesn’t count, so you have to be standing on the right building.
- Go round the back. Santa Maria Houses is in southern Old Town. The ground-floor doors are sealed, so head for the alley behind it.
- Climb the building next door. There is a pile of sand against it that gets you onto its roof.
- Follow the roofline. Cross the walkway over to the Santa Maria Houses roof and stay outside.
- Skip the courtyard. The sand-filled courtyard belongs to the Digging Up Dirt quest and it takes you indoors, away from where you need to be.
- Place the box and set it off. Drop the Fireworks Box on the roof, trigger it remotely and check the Projects tab for the stage to tick over.
You don’t need a Grappling Hook for any of that, which is a relief if you never made one. If you do want one for other reasons, the Grappling Hook blueprint is cheap.
Expect plenty of noise and light, so clear the streets nearby first and make for extraction as soon as it goes off. If nothing registers, make sure you’re on the right roof and that the firework really went off before you use another. You have two spares.
Claim the Pilgrim Backpack and the table design from the Projects tab. The pack is a cosmetic you equip like any other backpack skin, and if the backpack light does your head in, there is a way to turn it off.
Mistakes that cost you time
Selling a Fireworks Box before Stage 4 is the obvious one, since you only get three and you need one. Selling the Epic trinkets is the other, because a Fancy Plate or a Mask Fragment can take days to replace. And leaving the whole thing for the last week is asking for the Epic rolls to go against you.
Do the Powercells while you wait for the Mask Fragment to show up. That’s the one you can’t force.
